Are your CDs and Vinyl imports or local pressings?
JPU Records specializes in official English-language editions of Japanese releases. These often include exclusive bonus tracks, translated booklet notes, and lyric sheets not found in the original Japanese pressings.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic UK orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination but usually take between 7-21 business days depending on the selected service.
What is your return policy for physical media?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the items are still factory sealed and in their original condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
